Nepal is the home of fascinating variety wild animals and birds including the endangered species like the Royal Bengal Tiger and one horned Rhinos. Wildlife safari tours at the National Parks is greatly enjoyed activities in Nepal. So we are very rich in wildlife activities. The tropical jungles of the Terai preserve some of the best wildlife habitat in the subcontinent. Nepal has 16 National parks, wildlife reserves and conservation areas, occupying 16 percent of its total geographical area. Some famous National parks that lie in the plains (Terai) of Nepal are Bardia National Park, Koshi Tapu Wildlife Park and Parsa Wildlife Reserve. However we highly recommend to visit our guest for Chitwan National Park. It is about 146 km south from Kathmandu.

We offer comprehensive wildlife tours of two nights andd three days standard program or can stay more days, inclusive of Foods and accommodations with wildlife activities. The main activities in the National park is Elephant safaris, canoe rides, jungle walks, bird-watching tours and jeep drives. A two-night stay is the minimum time needed to experience Chitwan and for wildlife enthusiasts, we recommend staying an extra day. The lodges operate round-the-year except during the Monsoon (June - September) when most lodges are closed. The quickest way to get there is to fly from Kathmandu to Bharatpur, where lodge staff will meet you for the short drive to Jungle resort camp. Chitwan National Park is easily accessible by road as well from Kathmandu or Pokhara will takes about 4 to 5 hours drive. Lying in the Terai belt, encompassed by the Churia Hills and flanked by the Rapti, Reu and Narayani rivers. It covers an area of 932 sq. km. It was established in 1973 and is the oldest National Park in Nepal. The park became a World Heritage Site in 1984.
On arrival, meet Glance Himalaya's representative at the Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel. Evening visit local market.
After breakfast in the hotel restaurant, meet at the hotel lobby with our city guide for sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. You will visit Pashupatinath, Boudhnath stupa (largest Buddhist stupa in the world) and Patan city. Evening free for personal activities.
After breakfast in hotel, enjoy the scenic drive to the Royal Chitwan National Park or you can fly to Bharatpur airport, The park is one of the two UNESCO Natural World Heritage Sites which covers an area of 932 sq. km. Check into the Jungle Resort and Proceed for a wide range of safari activities like elephant ride, jungle walks, and canoe ride in pursuit of myriad flora and fauna. In the evening you are entertained by Tharu cultural program and a bonfire during winter.
Canoe ride along the Rapti River. While canoeing you can view various species of birds on the bank of river. When you back to your lodge you can visit National Park Visitor Center where you can get detail information about National Park. In the afternoon you can also enjoy the Elephant bathing.
After breakfast we drive you to Kathmandu and we will take rest or free for shopping in local market. Evening you will have culture dance program with Nepali dinner.
After breakfast at hotel, we will transfer to Kathmandu airport for flight to your home destination with the beautiful memory of Nepal Wildlife Tour.
