Accommodation and Food

Accommodation is typically provided on a twin-sharing basis, and it will be a yoga camp and some time at a downtown hotel, as per your interest, though a single supplement can be requested for an additional fee. We suggest our valuable guests book their yoga trip in advance. And our priority is always to provide clean and safe rooms for our guests. Nepal Himalaya Tours will provide all breakfasts and a farewell dinner on the final night of the yoga and meditation trip. So, you will enjoy your dinner with a Nepali culture show.

Itinerary

Arrive at Kathmandu airport; you will be greeted there and transferred to the hotel or to the Meditation Retreat Center at NamoBuddha at Dhulikhel by our team. After checking in at the hotel, you could look around downtown and get rest until you refresh yourself.

After breakfast at the hotel, we then transfer you form Namo Buddha to Osho Meditation Course, which has various activities throughout the year ranging from daily meditations to weekly Satsang’s, from 7-day meditation camps to 21-day intensive transformation meditation retreats. However, you are taking a two-day yoga class package with a well-experienced teacher. Evening staying at the hotel.

Waking up early in the morning, we then take a yoga class again at Osho Tapoban. It is surrounded by jungle and hills—a very peaceful place. The yoga guru teaches you how to do yoga and meditation every day at home as well.

Kathmandu is the historical and cultural heart of Nepal and has been a popular destination for tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The city presents a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, and Western influence in the Valley. You will have a full-day guided tour to the famous and biggest Hindu shrine of Pashupatinath, Boudhanath (the largest Buddhist stupa in the world), Kathmandu Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), an ancient town, the medieval city of devotees, and also the Swoyambhunath stupa.

After breakfast in the morning, we then transfer to Kathmandu airport for a flight to your home with your peace of mind and beautiful memory of Nepal.
