Accommodation and Food

Accommodation is typically provided on a twin-sharing basis in downtown cities, though a single supplement can be requested for an additional fee. During peak season, it can be difficult to find single or twin rooms, so we suggest our valuable guests book their trip to Pokhara in advance. Our priority is always to provide clean and safe rooms for our guests. Nepal Himalaya Tours will provide all breakfasts and a farewell dinner on the final night of the trip. So, you will enjoy your dinner with a Nepali culture show.

Best time to travel

Pokhara can be visited all the time round the year. The city is clean and clear; it is about 200 km west of Kathmandu, and it takes about 25 minutes by flight from Kathmandu. However, September to December and February to June are the best times to visit Pokhara. You will see the best Fishtail, Annapurna, and Dhaulagiri mountain views from Phewa Lake. Almost all the time skies are mostly blue, offering stunning views of the Annapurna range. And especially in the mornings and evenings, you can see the clean Fishtail mountain views, including Annapurna II.
