The package discovers the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Valley, including Boudhanath Stupa (the largest Buddhist stupa in the world), Pashupatinath Temple (the Hindu temple), Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and Shyambhunath Stupa. In the next few days, you will fly to Pokhara, the beautiful lake city where you will explore boat riding in Phewa Lake with beautiful panoramic views of Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Fishtail. You will visit a village tour at Ghandruk and see the mountain in the hotel’s courtyard.

Best time to travel
You are always welcome all year round for the Explore Himalaya tour except during the rainy season. However, the best time for the holiday trips can be taken in winter as well; the cold temperature might not be suitable for everyone.
Itinerary
After arriving at Kathmandu airport, you will meet Nepal Himalaya’s representative and be transferred to the hotel by private tourist vehicle. Overnight at a hotel.
Your sightseeing trip will start at 9AM in the morning after breakfast. We will provide a private vehicle and professional city guide. You will visit Pasupatinath Temple, Buddhanath, Shyambhunath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. The evening includes a final briefing and preparations for the trek. Overnight at a hotel.
After breakfast we will drive to the domestic airport to take around a 25-minute flight to Pokhara. Then you drive to Ghandruk about 2 hours by jeep. Evening explores the local village.
After breakfast drive back to Pokhara. Explore the wonderful lake. Pokhara, also known as the Lake City, is not only in Nepal but is also one of the most beautiful places on earth. The town offers magnificent views of Mt. Annapurna, Fishtail, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and others. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel, then we fly back to Kathmandu. The flight duration is about 25 minutes. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. You will take a rest, and the rest of the time we will visit the downtown of Thamel to buy souvenirs for your friends and family. We will have a farewell dinner with a culture program in the evening. Departure day, after breakfast we transfer to the airport 3 hours before your scheduled flight. We hope you enjoyed the tour with us, and we are sure you will be back for a trip to the Nepal Himalaya next year with your friends.
