Itinerary

After arriving in Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will welcome by Nepal Himalaya Tour’s representative, we then transfer to the hotel. Evening explores local market.

Kathmandu is the historical and cultural heart of Nepal and has been a popular destination for tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The city presents a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western influence in the Valley. There will be a half day guided tour to the famous and biggest Hindu shrine of Pashupatinath, the largest Buddhist stupa in World Boudhanath, Royal palace and Swoyambhunath. At Evening, you will visit Nagarkot. As Nagarkot is situated at 32 km east of Kathmandu and at an altitude of 2175 m above sea level, it has become one of the most preferred spots to enjoy honeymoon in Nepal. Nagarkot is a popular destination for the view of sunrise and sunset and that is what makes it all the more significant and worthwhile. The panoramic view of Himalayas also makes things all the more significant and worthwhile.

After breakfast, enjoy the scenic drive to the Chitwan National Park, one of the best preserved of the national’s parks in Asia, habitat of the Royal Bengal Tiger and the One-horned Indian Rhinoceros. Check into the Jungle Resort and Proceed for a wide range of safari activities – elephant ride, jungle walks, and canoe ride in pursuit of myriad flora and fauna. In the evening you are entertained by cultural program and a bonfire during winter.

Morning, canoe ride along the Rapti River. While canoeing you can view various species of birds on the bank of river. When you back to your lodge, can visit National Park Visitor Center where you can get detail information about National Park. In the afternoon you can also enjoy the elephant bathing.

After breakfast we drive to Pokhara, around 140 km, and check in at the hotel. The picturesque mountain town is located in the lap of the mighty Annapurna mountain range, and you can explore beautiful Phewa Lake. The rest of the day is at your leisure. You can enjoy boating or shopping.

After breakfast, half of the morning is spent sightseeing in Pokhara. You visit the following: Bindebasini Temple, Saiti George and Guptashwor Caves. You and your beloved can spend time together and explore the city on your own for the rest of the day.

Today we fly back to Kathmandu. In the afternoon you are taken to Patan Durbar Square for short city tour including “Krishna Temple”, Hiranya Varna Mahavihar” (Golden Monastery) and Mahabodhi Temple said to resemble the one in Bodhgaya in India. You can explore more or shop around for local handicrafts and other things for the rest of the day.

After breakfast at the hotel, you are transferred to the Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu to board the flight to your onward destination. Leave with happy memories of your Honeymoon trip in Nepal.
