Overview

Nagarkot is a very best place to see the panorama of the mountain view. It is also famous for seeing the sunset and sunrise over the Himalayas. A very clear day at Nagarkot offers one of the most breathtaking views of the Langtang range, reaching as far as Daulagiri in the west to Mt. Everest in the far east. It is about 35 km east of Kathmandu, but it feels like a world away from the heat, dust, and smoke of the city. The four-day Nagarkot sunrise tour is ideal for tourists who have limited vacation time in Nepal. Kathmandu at the beginning or end of their itinerary can explore the UNESCO World Heritage sites, including Boudhanath stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Shyambhunath, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

In Nagarkot we can feel cool all the time because it is located at the altitude of 2175 m above sea level and surrounded by rolling hills and deep valleys; it later became popular with the royals as a summer retreat. The beauty of Nagarkot is still a major draw for the many national and international tourists nowadays. From Nagarkot there are plenty of hiking trails to enjoy the natural beauty of the environment and pleasant strolls to explore the local villages. Besides walking, there are other activities such as riding bicycles and horse riding. Many opt for simply relaxing and rejuvenating in the quiet and tranquil surroundings. Therefore, we at Nepal Himalaya Tours always recommend to our guests to make their vacation incredible for their lifetime; the Nagarkot sunrise tour is the best package.
